Day 06: Rest for altitude acclimatization

Day 07: Trek to Khabachen (4050m) 

Day 08: Trek to Lhonak (2780m) 

Day 09: Trek to Pangpema Base Camp (5,100m) 

Day 10: Explore Pang Pema BC and back to Lonark 

Day 11: Trek to Ghunsa 3595m 

Day 12: Trek to Selele 4210m 

Day 13: Trek to Tseram 3835m 

Day 14: Trek to Torangdin 3000m 

Day 15: Trek to Kyngsara 2256m
